Parent Group

AnchorPoint's parent/guardian group is named Ambassadors.

Each parent/guardian of an AnchorPoint student is part of AnchorPoint Ambassadors. The Ambassadors' purpose is to provide opportunities for serving together to benefit the entire school, reduce tuition, and promote AnchorPoint Christian School to the community. And...have fun doing it!

Ambassadors, along with students and staff, served enthusiastically during AnchorPoint's first year. Through various fundraisers, nearly $7,000 was raised. Students attended a writing festival, Lansing government in action, an outdoor education camp, and Odyssey of the Mind competition. The school library and individual classrooms received money to purchase books. A much requested tire swing appeared on the playground.

Each parent/guardian is requested to sign up for at least one Ambassadors board position or committee. Commitment is extremely important! Involvement allows members to know other parents/guardians and take an active role in supporting AnchorPoint staff, students, and familiesliving out a passion for AnchorPoint Christian School while embracing our community.
