PRESCHOOL: To attend Preschool Threes, a child must be three years old and potty trained by September 1 of that school year. To attend Preschool Four/Fives, a child must be four years old and potty trained by September 1 of that school year.
KINDERGARTEN: A child must be five years old by September 1 of the school year and/or parents/guardians must submit a positive written recommendation from a preschool director/teacher. A child who is five years old before June 1 of the coming school year will automatically be eligible. We recommend that a child with a birthday after June 1 take the kindergarten screening test.
EXTENDED DAY PROGRAMS — Before School Care (BSC), Extended Day School (EDS), and After School Care (ASC) are offered from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM — earlier or later if special arrangement is made with the staff, with the charge per hour doubled. To place an AnchorPoint student in any AnchorPoint extended day program, parents/guardians complete an application form. A non-refundable enrollment fee per family is due with the application. There is a minimum fee for the first hour or part of that hour. If a child’s time extends into a second hour or more, that time is billed according to the portion of the hour that care is given. Bills are tabulated monthly from the child’s daily sign-in/sign-out sheet and due within two weeks of receipt. There is a fee for late payment.
